Land dispute conciliation at the people's committee of a commune is a procedure regulated in current land law. Such conciliation plays an essential role in settling land disputes. protecting rights of land users and preserving public order. However, laws and regulations on land dispute conciliation at the people's committee of a commune still contain internal shortcomings. This article highlights the validity of land dispute conciliation minutes as one of the shortcomings and makes proposals to improve it.
