Objectives: To study the effecttive vetilation by the change of Peak. Pmean, Vt, Vte, SpO2 when use to the larygeal mask Supreme in two pression: 45 cm H2O and 55cm H2O and esstimating their effects besides. The patients aand methods: 60 patients are divided in two groups who was ese to the Supreme in anesthesie for the old persons. Result: the proportionate to success of the first intubation: 95 percent; the time of intubetion: 28.8 + or - 8.3 second; maintain SpO2: 98 - 100 percent, Vte: 95 percent compare in to Vt. Peak, Pmean and EtCO2 are normal.
