The study was carried out to identify: Some clinical and characteristics subclinical in type 2 diabetic patients with foot complications. The paper presented relationship of clinical and subclinical characteristics with foot complications in type 2 diabetic patients. Subjects were 46 type 2 diabetic patients with foot complications at Endocrinology Department of People's No.115 Hospital. The Results show that in our study the proportion of male patients 22 (47.8 percent), 24 female (52.2 percent), the average 59.1 +/- 10.7 (range: 41 - 81). Most patients with disorders feeling 43 cases (93.5 percent), hypertension 22 cases (48 percent) and 17 patients with non - adherence (37 percent).
