Seven patients were admitted in tpe Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Department of Cho Ray hospital. These patient had urgent operations and great vessel lesions in inguino femoral region have been revealed as well as in soft tissue surrounding. The ligature of great vessels and removal necrosis tissue have been done. One of these cases was rehospitalized because of the ischemia of the lower limbs. The bypass operation have done to revascularize the lower limbs by anastomosis the left common iliac artery to the left superficial femoral artery by using PTEF. Amputation of 1/3 inferior thigh must be done in 2 cases, 1 case lived the hospital after 12 hours, and 3 cases were missed of follow up.
