Luật mẫu, Trọng tài thương mại, Hệ thống theo Luật mẫu

Uỷ ban của Liên hợp quốc về Luật Thương mại quốc tế(UNCITRAL) và ban hành Luật Mẫu về trọng tài (Luật Mẫu). Luật này đã được rất nhiều hệ thống trên thế giới tiếp nhận và được coi là hệ thống theo Luật Mẫu. Việt Nam có tham khảo Luật Màu nhưng chưa được coi là nước theo Luật Mẫu trong khi đó việc được coi là nước theo Luật Màu đem lại nhiều lợi ích cho Việt Nam. Bài viết cho biết các cách thức mà Việt Nam có thể tham khảo hình như đề xuất cụ thể để được coi là nước theo Luật mẫu.
