This paper analyzes provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure 2003 on protesting according to the cassation procedure and clarifies disadvantages in these provisions and their application. From that, it provides some recommendations to perfect them in order to improve protesting according to cassation procedure meet demands of the judicial reform and protect human rights as well as citizen's rights.
