In drilling operation from Viet Nam offshore, reservoirs are continously affected by the drilling fluid and cutting invasion, which causes substantial formation damage, lost circulation. Thus, to reduce drilled solids in drilling mud and lost circulation, recover drilling fluid, and need to increase solid control equipment efficiency in mud treatment system by deeply studying in designing and reasonable integration. A correctly designed Mud Treatment System returns benefits to both the equipment maintenance and operation and the contractor.
