Nghiên cứu đánh giá mối quan hệ giữa du lịch và tăng trưởng kinh tế tại Vùng Kinh tế Trọng điểm miền Trung (VKTTĐMT) từ 2010-2023. Sử dụng dữ liệu thứ cấp từ các nguồn thống kê và báo cáo kinh tế, nghiên cứu phân tích các chỉ tiêu GRDP, doanh thu du lịch, ICT, vốn đầu tư, lao động, và dân số thành thị. Mô hình Cobb-Douglas và các kỹ thuật hồi quy OLS, FEM, 3SLS, ARDL được áp dụng để đánh giá tác động lên tăng trưởng kinh tế. Kết quả cho thấy, du lịch có tác động tích cực và quan trọng đến tăng trưởng, cùng với vai trò của vốn sản xuất, lao động, chuyển đổi số, và đô thị hóa. Nghiên cứu khuyến nghị chính sách bền vững, tập trung vào nâng cao chất lượng du lịch, đầu tư hạ tầng, phát triển nhân lực, chuyển đổi số, và quản lý đô thị hóa hiệu quả.

The study assesses the relationship between tourism and economic    growth    in    the    Central    Key    Economic    Region (VKTTĐMT)  from  2010  to  2023.  It  uses  secondary  data  from statistical  yearbooks,  economic  reports,  and  related  documents  to analyze  key  indicators  such  as  GRDP,  tourism  revenue,  ICT, investment capital, labor, and urban population. The Cobb-Douglas model, along with regression techniques like OLS, FEM, 3SLS, and ARDL,  is  employed  to  evaluate  the  effects  of  these  variables  on economic growth. The findings reveal that, tourism significantly and positively  impacts  economic  growth,  while  capital,  labor,  digital transformation, and urbanization also play critical roles. The study concludes  that  tourism  is  a  key  driver  of  economic  growth  in  the region  and  recommends  sustainable  policies  aimed  at  improving tourism  quality,  infrastructure  development,  workforce  training, digital transformation, and effective urbanization management
