Mô tả thực trạng chất lượng cuộc sống và một số yếu tố liên quan của người bệnh tham gia chương trình cấp thuốc nhiều ngày. Đối tượng, phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 500 người bệnh nghiện chất dạng thuốc phiện tại Điện Biên, Lai Châu và Hải Phòng. Kết quả: Người bệnh gặp vấn đề khó khăn do đau/khó chịu và lo lắng/trầm buồn cao hơn các vấn đề còn lại. Điểm EQ-5D-3L trung bình là 5,24, cao nhất trong nhóm người bệnh đang tham gia cấp thuốc methadone nhiều ngày (CTNN) (5,25) và thấp nhất trong nhóm đợi tham gia CTNN (5,21). Nhóm tuổi ≥ 30 có sự tương quan giảm điểm EQ-5D-3L, nhóm tuổi > 50 có sự tương quan giảm điểm VAS. Trình độ học vấn, nghề nghiệp (làm nông, làm tự do) có sự tương quan tăng điểm VAS. Nguy cơ trầm cảm vừa và nặng có sự tương quan tăng điểm EQ-5D-3L. Kết luận: Người bệnh chủ yếu gặp khó khăn do đau/khó chịu và lo lắng/trầm buồn. Điểm EQ-5D-3L, VAS trung bình lần lượt là 5,24 và 78,55. Nhóm tuổi, học vấn, thu nhập, việc làm và nguy cơ trầm cảm mức độ vừa và nặng là các yếu tố có liên quan đến chất lượng cuộc sống.

To describe the current quality of life and some related factors of patients participating in the multi-day take-home program (MTP). Subject and Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study of 500 opioid-dependent patients in Dien Bien, Lai Chau, and Hai Phong. Results: Patients reported greater difficulties due to pain/discomfort and anxiety/depression compared to other problems. The mean EQ-5D-3L score was 5.24, highest in the group of patients participating in the multi-day medication dispensing (MTP) program (5.25) and lowest in the group waiting to participate in the MTP (5.21). The age group ≥ 30 years old had a correlation with a decrease in EQ-5D-3L scores, while the age group > 50 years old had a correlation with a decrease in VAS scores. Education level and occupation (farmer, self-employed) were correlated with an increase in VAS scores. The risk of moderate and severe depression was correlated with an increase in EQ-5D-3L scores. Conclusion: Patients primarily experienced difficulties due to pain/discomfort and anxiety/depression. The mean EQ-5D-3L and VAS scores were 5.24 and 78.55, respectively. Age group, education level, income, employment status, and moderate to severe depression risk were factors associated with quality of life.
