Liên kết bảo hộ sở hữu trí tuệ (SHTT) giữa trường Đại học, Cao đẳng (ĐH, CĐ) và Doanh nghiệp (DN) trong Cách mạng 4.0 là nhu cầu khách quan xuất phát từ lợi ích của các bên. Trong đó, các doanh nghiệp là những nhà cung cấp thông tin để các cơ sở đào tạo nắm được nhu cầu của thị trường lao động và hoạt động của các trường ĐH, CĐ luôn hướng tới nhu cầu của các DN. Liên kết bảo hộ SHTT giữa trường ĐH, CĐ và các DN ở Việt Nam vừa mang tính tất yếu, vừa mang tính khả thi cao trong việc đáp ứng nhu cầu lao động trong doanh nghiệp. Tuy nhiên, trên thực tế, hoạt động liên kết bảo hộ sở hữu trí tuệ còn chưa xứng tầm. Những tồn tại và hạn chế có nhiều nguyên nhân từ phía chủ quan của các DN, trường ĐH, CĐ và khách quan từ cơ chế chính sách của Nhà nước, trong đó có Luật SHTT.

The association of intellectual property protection (IP) between Universities, Colleges (Universities, Colleges) and Enterprises (DN) in Revolution 4.0 is an objective need stemming from the interests of the parties. In which, businesses are information providers for training institutions to understand the needs of the labor market and the activities of universities and colleges are always oriented towards the needs of businesses. The association of IP protection between universities, colleges and enterprises in Vietnam is both indispensable and highly feasible in meeting labor demand in enterprises. However, in reality, the association of intellectual property protection is not worthy. The shortcomings and limitations have many causes from subjective side of enterprises, universities, colleges and objectivity from the State's policies and mechanisms, including the IP Law.
