Research on 413 diabetic outpatients type 2 treated in Hai Duong General Hospital on the relevant factors, the results showed significant differences in several factors : between age groups of patients and compliance with nutritional regime and practicing modes (P0.05); Regarding gender of patients with exercise mode (P0.05); Regarding education background with the examination mode, treatment and practicing modes (P0.001); Regarding geography living conditions of patients and compliance examination regime, drug treatment (P0.00l); Regarding occupational factors of patients with compliance of examination and drug treatment regimes, nutrition and exercise mode (P0.00l to 0.05). There was no significant difference (P0.05) between factors of age groups, gender, compliance with medical examination and treatment; the level of education with dietary compliance; between geography condition and nutrition, exercise modes.
