Tea soil types in Thai Nguyen react from sour to very sour. Content of organic matter of the surface ranged from 1.52 to 2.32 percent, at level from poverty to medium and quickly reducing by the depth of profile. Total N content of types of studying soil belongs poverty level to medium (surface from 0.08 to 0.14 percent). Low value of CEC (5.34 to 13.85 ldl/100 g soil) has limited exchangable absorptive capacity of the studying soils. Content of available potassium and phosphorous in types of studying soil at the poverty level, thus it is necessary to provide potassium and phosphorous for tea soils in Thai Nguyen. High content of mobile Fe and A1 in the soils of tea are due to accumulation feralit made of Fe and A1 in the soil. High content of A1 increased soil acidity and increased high content of Fe is one of causes reduced levels of avaiable phosphorous in the tea soil in Thai Nguyen.
