While affirming that democracy and the ownership right of the people are the aim and driving-force of the renovation and sustainable development in Vietnam today, the author points out and analyzes the achievements that Vietnam has gained in the process of implementation of democracy and promotion of people's mastership right for 30 years of reform. Then, the author figures out placing issues and necessary conditions to accomplish democracy, develop the people's mastership right in the next periods of the cause of renovation.
