The paper addresses the significance of values and life skills to every citizen of the country as well as global citizens in modern society and the need to value education and life skills to students pedagogy. Issues such as teacher training content, content development, program the value of education and life skills as the basis of industry disciplines. The article also points out that between life skills and values dialectical relationship to each other are discussed. Because of that relationship to ensure that the dialectical relationship between education and consistent values and life skills. At the same time, the educational content value content indispensable value of professional education for students. The market value will be governed and motivated student teacher learning, professional training capacity in the process of training and continuing professional development in the future.
