Thyroglossal duct remnants are the most common midline neck swellings, but malignancy arising in them is a rare finding. The authors report a case of papillary thyroid carcinoma of in a 30-year-old female without asymptomatic signs and are clinically diagnosed as thyroglossal duct cyst at the Center Otorhino-laryngology hospital.Retrospective study of CT scanner and histopathology and immuno-histochemistry present primary papillary thyroid carcinoma of thyroglossal duct cyst. Patient was followed up over twelves months free of disease.
