The temperature control of sea water in the coral culturing tanks always lower than 29°C and the supply of live food Brach ion us spp. (2 individuals/ml) increased remarkably the survival and growth rate of corals which cultured in laboratory condition. These allow conduct of coral longterm culture in artificial condition aimed at scientific research, creation the young coral colonies for ecosystem restoration and aquarium service.
