Landscape science (comprises the visible features of an area of land, including physical elements such as landforms, living elements of flora and fauna, abstract elements like lighting and weather conditions, and hI/man elements like human activity) utilizes common geography to study the structure of the natural condition of territory. Scientific understanding of landscape enables the suitable use of natural resources and environmental protection. Landscape science finding out complex territories units is quite a different branch of the natural sciences. The structure of landscape and application for resources exploitations and environmental protection in Tien Hai district of Thai Binh province reviews case studies from the local area to illustrate the significals of landscape science evaluation. Using landscape science to establish landscape models will. enable application to provide practical management solutions to approach the suitable use of natural resources for sustainable development, as well as studying management of resources and environment complex in coastal zone areas Vietnam...
