Điều trị và kiểm soát thiếu máu đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc nâng cao chất lượng, hiệu quả điều trị thận nhân tạo. Nghiên cứu tiến hành trên 61 bệnh nhân thỏa mãn tiêu chuẩn lựa chọn và tiêu chuẩn loại trừ. Tiến hành thu thập số liệu từ hồ sơ bệnh án theo phương pháp hồi cứu, mô tả, theo dõi dọc trong 6 tháng. Số liệu được xử lý bằng phần mềm Microsoft Excel Office 2010 và R. Kết quả cho thấy bệnh nhân tại đây sử dụng đồng thời cả 2 loại EPO alpha và EPO beta. Tỷ lệ sử dụng EPO beta chiếm 23%, EPO alpha là 77%. Dạng bào chế đông khô (EPO alpha) được sử dụng nhiều nhất. Bắt đầu từ T3, Hb trung bình đạt đích điều trị. Không có bất thường trên huyết áp, số lượng bạch cầu, tiểu cầu, điện giải đồ.

Treatment and control of anemia plays an important role in improving the quality and effectiveness of artificial kidney. The study was conducted on 61 patients who met the selection and were not included in the excluded criteria group. Collecting data from medical records using retrospective, descriptive, vertical follow-up method for 6 months. Data were processed using Microsoft Excel Office 2010 and R. The results showed that patients used both EPO alpha and EPO beta simultaneously. Rate of usage’s EPO beta accounted for 23%, alpha EPO was 77%. Lyophilized form (EPO alpha) is most commonly used. Starting from T3, Hb. averages treat. There were no abnormalities in blood pressure, white blood cell, platelets, and electrolytes.
