Tham nhũng, Phòng chống, Tệ nạn xã hội

Tham nhũng vặt là tệ nạn xã hội xảy ra phổ biến từ lâu ở nhiều quốc gia. Trong phạm vi bài viết này, tác giả phân tích khái niệm, đặc điểm, hậu quả và các biện pháp phòng, chống tham nhũng vặt ở một số quốc gia; đưa ra những nhận xét, đánh giá về khả năng vận dụng những kinh nghiệm đó ở Việt Nam.
