Hydrometrological data is one of the fundalmental important data for planing, strategy building and government management for resources exploitation, constructure building, transport communication and aquaculture in the sea. The project building and schematized marine data base of fundalmental research results for natural condition, resources and environmental of the Vietnam seas, among them there is marine hydrometeorological data has founded. The data base is building form data of Vietnam-Russia marine cooperation survey: from data of marine research cruise surveys, from data of hydrometeorological stations, from data of automatical sea boys, from data of East Vietnam sea coastal synotic station, from data of ships, from data of marine surveys taking by Marine Hydrological Centre, from data of Government Afarine scientific research projects from 1986 - 2005. Resent year all data of the projects are integrated into hydrometerologial data base at Marine Hydrological Centre. In the report also presented the observation orientation to 2020 of Marine Hydrological Centre, Vietnam Sea and Islands Administration.
