Teaching itself consists of two processes. They are psychological process and apprehension process. These two processes have a closely mutual relationship which always has influence on each other. Of them, the psychological process dominates the apprehension process. The reality of teaching shows that the effectiveness of learning depends very much on the learners' psychological states. The physical games contributes to creating more interest and stimulation for the students in their studying. They will make the two processes operate, interact with each other and create the effectiveness for the process of teaching and learning. Therefore, it is really necessary to design and use some games in teaching. The author need to exploit potentials and take advantage of information technology in designing and using the games in order to enhance their attraction and effectiveness in teaching.
