This paper analyzes the factors that affect the displacement and deformation of pile caps as well as in piled rafts, including: raft stiffness, piles arrangement, number and lengths of piles. The raft deformation is analyzed with PRAB program, while the mentioned factors are varied, in order to. determine. their effect on the deformation. The goals of this study is to verify the conclusions from the mentioned effect made by other reseachers on one hand and, to calibrate PRAB program for further study on other hand.
