Deep venous thrombosis is the part of the venous thromboembolism may lead to death of fatal pulmonary embolism if have no early diagnosis and corrected management. How is the value of D-Dimer test on diagnosis in Emergency Department? Methodology: 68 suspected DVT were enrolled to study with Wells score calculation; then they were randomisedly divided into group control (Wells and Duplex ultrasound, 32 patients); and intervention group (Wells, D-Dimer then Duplex ultrasound, 36 patients). Results: Rate of DVT in suspected Patients in Emergency Department was generaJly 54 percent. DVT in group control with likely Wells score was 54.8 percent; with less likely was 20 percent; in the intervention group, DVT were found in D-Dimer positive group with 75 percent, with D-dimer negative were 12.5 percent. The combination of Wells less likely an D-Dimer have had a good recommendation to get the early DVT diagnosis. Conclusion: Low DVT Wells score and the negative of D-Dimer test were combined in Emergency Department, that could be safety used to rule out the DVT.
