The study of 170 shingles patients treated at Department of Dermatology-Allergology Hospital 108 from 02/2013 to 03/2014 result: 67.6 percent male patients, women 32.4 percent; 88.8 percent of patients over 50 years of age, more elderly patients are more severe (p0.05), 78.2 percent in patients with prodromal pain and prodromal pain does not affect the severity of shingles.
