Objectives: 1. evaluate the surgery time when to use a Plasma knife to remove VA. 2. Assess bleeding complications after remove VA with a Plasma knife. Research Method: A descriptive cases study with intervention. Results: 100 percent remove VA patients with a Plasma knife pure have short time surgery (20-40 minutes average). 100 percent of remove VA patients with curettage alone or in combination with other surgical procedure have no bleeding complications occur after surgery. Conclusion: Plasma knife using in remove VA surgery and has opened a new direction in VA surgery. It aims to shorten the surgical time and reduce bleeding complications after surgery.
