In recent years, investment in development of the state sector has contributed to promoting socio-economic development. However, actual this funding has not yet to be effectively promoted. The allocation and disbursement still too much focus on the infrastructure sector, has not invested adequately in the field of creating goods and products to increase GDP, the article analyzes the current situation in public investing activities from the state capital in Vietnam in recent years and made some recommendations.
