In this paper, the author study the factors affecting the employment situation of students of University of Finance and Accountancy after graduation in order to provide a more general and accurate picture about employment situation of former students. This study will help the school boards to have the basic information of student employment after graduation. Besides, this paper presents some suitable solutions to support students in improving the quality of applying for jobs and satisfying the labour market needs. The data were collected from 700 former students. The descriptive statistics, Cronbach s Alpha testing, Exploratory Factor analysis (EFA) and Birany Logistic Regression were used in this research. The results show that the factors affecting positively the employment situation of graduated students are: Training programs, soft skills. hard skills, career objectives, the information channels supporting in searching for employment and brand. Among these factors, "career objectives" is the most influencing one.
