Nghiên cứu này sẽ giúp nhà trường nắm bắt những thông tin cơ bản về việc làm của sinh viên trường sau khi tốt nghiệp. Từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp thích hợp hỗ trợ sinh viên nâng cao chất lượng tìm kiếm việc làm đáp ứng nhu cầu của thị trường lao động. Số liệu nghiên cứu được thu thập từ 700 cựu sinh viên. Các phương pháp thống kê mô tả, kiểm định Cronbach's Alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá (EFA) và phân tích hồi quy Birany Logistic được sử dụng trong bài nghiên cứu.

In this paper, the author study the factors affecting the employment situation of students of University of Finance and Accountancy after graduation in order to provide a more general and accurate picture about employment situation of former students. This study will help the school boards to have the basic information of student employment after graduation. Besides, this paper presents some suitable solutions to support students in improving the quality of applying for jobs and satisfying the labour market needs. The data were collected from 700 former students. The descriptive statistics, Cronbach s Alpha testing, Exploratory Factor analysis (EFA) and Birany Logistic Regression were used in this research. The results show that the factors affecting positively the employment situation of graduated students are: Training programs, soft skills. hard skills, career objectives, the information channels supporting in searching for employment and brand. Among these factors, "career objectives" is the most influencing one.
