Một danh sách loài tu chỉnh thuộc giống Atractophaedusa Ehrmann, 1927 (họ Clausiliidae) được giới thiệu. Những thay đổi trong hệ thống phân loại đã được thảo luận ở bậc giống cũng như mỗi loài trong giống. Nghiên cứu này đã xác định được bảy loài Atractophaedusa trên thế giới, hầu hết chúng có phạm vi phân bố hẹp, chỉ ghi nhận ở những địa điểm phát hiện ban đầu. Các loài thuộc giống Atractophaedusa xuất hiện ở Nam Trung Quốc (tỉnh Quảng Tây) và Bắc Việt Nam (Quảng Ninh, Hải Phòng), chúng đặc trưng bởi vỏ dày, chắc chắn, hình bầu dục đến hình trụ với phần đỉnh vỏ vuốt nhọn hoặc phẳng; gồm 6-9 vòng xoắn, tách biệt bởi rãnh xoắn nông; màu sắc khá đồng nhất, thường là nâu sẫm; miệng vỏ hình bán nguyệt hoặc bầu dục, chéo; vành miệng kép, môi trên dày và mở rộng, môi dưới mỏng và có khoảng cách lớn với môi trên; gờ đỉnh trên và gờ xoắn hợp nhất, nhưng ranh giới giữa chúng ít nhiều có thể nhìn rõ.

A revised check-list of the species taxa of the genus Atractophaedusa Ehrmann, 1927 (family Clausiliidae) is presented. The changes of the current system are discussed. This study has resulted in the recognition of seven species. Most species have narrow ranges and are only known f-rom their type localities. All species of genus Atractophaedusa have been recognised as occurring f-rom southern China to northern Vietnam, and are c-haracterized by a thick, quite solid, capsule-shaped to long cylindrical shell, with a pointed or flattened apex; consists of 6-9 whorls, separated by shallow sutures. Color uniformly corneous; aperture semicircular or oval, oblique; double peristome, upper margin thick and protruding, lower margin weak and spaced f-rom upper margin; superior and spiral lamellae fused, but boundary between them visible as a rather abrupt decrease in height.
