Objective: Methods Prospective studies, cross. sectional descriptive analysis. 51 patients were diagnosed with CHF treatment identified in the Central Hospital of Can Tho from June 2009 to August 2010. The chronic renal failure diagnosis based on standards of the American National Nephrology. For study subjects were collected indicators of blood pressure, weight, height, and conducted tests concentrations in fasting plasma insulin (10), fasting plasma glucose (Go), plasma glucose after test 2-hour glucose, tolerance (G2), lipid profile.
