In the paper, based on the review of obtained data and the present investigations with latest additions, particularly being a great and prosperous geophysical data obtained in the area of the continental shelf and the neighbour in the period from 1986 up to now, the author has presented systematically and analysed comparatively to clarify the characteristics of the deep crustal structure and geodynamics in different sections, compiled by the method of comprehensive interpretation with modelling the seismic and gravity features. Have been clearly analysed the cross-sections of the Earth crust in Cenozoic sedimentary basins on the continental shelf, the cross-sections of the crustin subduction zones in the Western and Eastern parts of the East Vietnam Sea, and that of the deep water Central Basin as well as in the Paracel and Spratley archipelagos
