Ha Nam province which is located in the south of Hanoi, is having rapid development in recent years. In addition, economic activities of the province have obtained achievements, on the other hand that also make reducing habitat quality, potential risk of conflict in resource use. The conflict took place today is the most powerful environmental conflict in Nhue River - Day River: the conflict between industrial- economic development and environmental protection; conflict between people's employment and the closure of production facilities; conflict between benefit of employee and the disposal of waste; conflict between environmental management policy and investment policy; conflicts between upstream and downstream provinces in the same area. The journal initially proposed a number of methods minimize environmental conflicts to protect water quality Nhue River - Day river . Thereby basin shows that environmental protection needs the full attention of the ministries, departments and agencies in the province and there should be close coordination of the local users can gain the positive results.
