Objective: Study some prognosis factors related to outcome in treatment multiple myeloma by MPT protocol. Patients and method: 34 patients diagnosed multiple myeloma by IMWG 2003 criteria in Department of Hematology and blood transfusion Bach mai Hospital taken MPT protocol and estimated the response with ISS, age, hemoglobin, calci, LDH, creatinin level and plasmocytosis. Results and conclusions: The remission was higher in group with 1551 and new diagnosed, was lower in group with Hb80g/I, canxi2,66 mmoljl, creatinin 177 umol/I, LDH480U/1 and plasmocyte 33 percent.
