Traditional craft villages play an important role in preserving cultural values as well as in the socio-economic development of the country. However, like other craft villages, the existence and development of wood craft villages are facing a lot of problems, including the risk of fire and explosion, causing serious consequences, affecting the development of traditional craft villages. Through the results of a case study in the La Xuyen traditional wood craft village, this article aims to point out the potential fire hazards faced by the people of La Xuyen wood craft village. On that basis, the article proposes some solutions to limit the risk of fire that may occur in craft villages.
