Đánh giá một số chỉ số hồng cầu, hồng cầu lưới thực hiện trên máy XN-2000 ở bệnh nhân bệnh thận mạn giai đoạn III đến V chưa điều trị thay thế thận. Đối tượng và phương pháp: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 41 bệnh nhân bệnh thận mạn giai đoạn III đến V chưa điều trị thay thế thận, điều trị tại Nội thận và lọc máu, Bệnh viện Trung ương Quân đội 108 từ tháng 8 - 2020 đến 11 - 2021. Kết quả: Thiếu máu gặp 92,68%, trong đó thiếu máu đẳng sắc chiếm 84,21%, kích thước hồng cầu bình thường chiếm tỉ lệ lớn 68,42%. Giá trị trung bình của tỷ lệ RET% 2,14 ± 0,77%; giá trị RET# 0,07 ± 0,03 T/L và Ret-He 30,57 ± 3,78 pg. Tỉ lệ hồng cầu lưới bình thường chiếm chủ yếu với 65,9%. Khác biệt không có ý nghĩa thống kê về một số chỉ số hồng cầu lưới ở bệnh nhân nam và nữ (p>0,05). Có mối tương quan thuận giữa Ret-He với số lượng và tỉ lệ hồng cầu lưới cũng như với sắt và ferritin huyết tương. Kết luận: Thiếu máu là biểu hiện thường gặp, chủ yếu là thiếu máu đẳng sắc. Các chỉ số hồng cầu lưới ở bệnh nhân bệnh thận mạn giai đoạn cuối trong nghiên cứu có tương quan thuận mức độ vừa với sắt và ferritin huyết tương.

Evaluate the characteristics of red blood cell and some reticulocyte indices performed on XN-2000 in patients with chronic kidney failure from stages III to V who have not received renal replacement therapy. Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 41 patients with chronic kidney failure from stages III to V who have not received renal replacement therapy and treated at Endodialysis and Dialysis department, 108 Military Central Hospital from August 2020 to November 2021. Result: Anemia was found in 92.68% patients, isochromic anemia accouted for 84.21%, normal diameter red cell was main portion with 68.42%. Mean value of RET % was 2.14 ± 0.77%; RET# was 0.07 ± 0.03 T/L and RET-He was 30.57 ± 3.78 pg. The normal reticulocytes percentage were accounted for the majority with 65.9%. There were no statistically significant difference in some reticulocyte indices between male and female patients (p>0.05). There was a positive correlation between Ret-He and reticulocyte and reticulocyte percentage, iron and ferritin plasma. Conclusion: Anemia is a common manifestation, mainly isochromic anemia. The reticulocyte indices in patients with chronic renal failure in the study were moderately positively correlated with iron and ferritin plasma.
