Trong xu thế phát triển chung của thị trường bất động sản hiện nay, bất động sản du lịch là một loại hình bất động sản mới và ngày càng phổ biến. Hiểu một cách chung nhất, bất động sản du lịch là một loại bất động sản, có đầy đủ các đặc điểm của bất động sản nói chung, tuy nhiên loại hình bất động sản này gắn liền với hoạt động du lịch nên nó còn có những điểm đặc thù. Hoàn thiện pháp luật về bất động sản du lịch không chỉ có ý nghĩa thúc đẩy phân khúc thị trường này phát triển mà còn hướng tới sự phát triển chuyên nghiệp, lành mạnh của thị trường bất động sản nói chung, cũng như hướng tới mục tiêu phát triển ngành Du lịch Việt Nam trở thành ngành kinh tế mũi nhọn của đất nước. Bài viết1 luận bàn về bất động sản du lịch, đánh giá thực trạng pháp luật về bất động sản du lịch, từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp hoàn thiện pháp luật về bất động sản du lịch ở Việt Nam hiện nay.
In the general development trend of the current real estate market, tourism real estate is a new and increasingly popular type of property. In the most general understanding, tourism real estate is a type of real estate, that possesses all the c-haracteristics of real estate in general. Furthermore, it is associated with tourism activities, so it also has special features. Perfecting the legal framework for tourism real estate not only for promoting the development of this market segment but also for fostering the professional and healthy development of the real estate market in general, and it aims to support the development of Vietnam's tourism industry into a key economic sector. The article discusses the tourism real estate, assesses the current status of the law on tourism real estate, and proposes a number of solutions to perfect the relevant laws on tourism real estate in Vietnam today.
