Nghiên cứu hồi cứu mô tà cắt ngang đánh giá kết quà noãn và thụ tinh của phác đồ PPOS (Progestin Primed Ovarian stimulation) tại bệnh viện Phụ sàn trung ương. Dữ liệu từ 106 chu kỳ kích thích buồng trứng bằng phác đồ PPOS cho thấy độ tuổi trung bình của bệnh nhân là 32,8 ±6,1. Nồng độ FSH nền: 7,1 ± 4,0 mlU/L, LH nền: 5,4 ±2,6 mlU/L; chì số AFC vàAMH trung bình: 13,4 ±8,6 nang và 3,17 ±2,87 ng/mL. Thời gian kích thích buồng trứng trung bình: 9,6 ±1,2 ngày, tổng liều FSH trung bình: 2089,2 ±621,7 (IU). Nồng độ LH và E2 ngày trigger: 5,2 ±4,3 U/L và 4616,9 ± 3858,9 pg/mL. số lượng nang noãn kích thước trên 14mm: 12,8±8,5nang. Không ghi nhận trường họp quá kích buồng trứng trung bình và nặng, số noãn thu được trung bình: 12,5 ± 8,2 noãn, số noãn trung bình GV: 2,8 ±4,6, noãn MI: 1,1 ± 1,5, noãn Mil: 8,6 ±6,6. số noãn ICSI và số noãn thụ tinh trung bình: 9,3±6,8và7,7± 5,7.
This is a retrospective cross-sectional study evaluating the oocyte and fertilization results of the PPOS (Progestin Primed Ovarian stimulation) regimen at the Central Obstetrics HospitalThe PPOS protocol regimen uses progesterone to suppress premature LH surge and reduce the rate of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) was applied in in- vitro fertilization. Data f-rom 106 ovarian stimulation cycles were collected and analyzed.The mean age of the study group was 32.8 ± 6.1 years old. Baseline FSH value: 7.1 ± 4.0 mIU/L, baseline LH: 5.4 ± 2.6 mIU/L; mean AFC and AMH index: 1.4 ± 8.6 follicles and 3.17 ± 2.87 ng/mL. Mean ovarian stimulation duration: 9.6 ± 1.2 days, mean total FSH dose: 2089.2 ± 621.7 (IU). LH and E2 concentrations on trigger day: 5.2 ± 4.3 U/Land 4616.9 ± 3858.9 pg/mL. Number of follicles larger than 14mm: 12.8 ± 8.5 follicles. No case of moderate and severe ovarian hyperstimulation was recorded. Average number of retrieved oocytes: 12.5 ± 8.2 oocytes, average number of GV oocytes: 2.8 ± 4.6, Ml oocytes: 1.1 ± 1.5, Mil oocytes: 8.6 ± 6.6. Average number of ICSI oocytes and fertilized oocytes: 9.3 ± 6.8 and 7.7 ± 5.7.
