Từ cách tiếp cận chủ thể thực hiện quyền tư pháp là một nguồn lực quyết định đến chất lượng, tạo đột phá trong thực hiện quyền tư pháp, bài viết khái quát vai trò cơ bản nguồn nhân lực thực hiện quyền tư pháp, phân tích một số tồn tại, hạn chế, từ đó đưa ra một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực thực hiện quyền tư pháp trước yêu cầu đổi mới thi hành pháp luật trong thực hiện quyền tư pháp theo tinh thần Nghị quyết số 66-NQ/TW ngày 30/4/2025 của Bộ Chính trị về đổi mới công tác xây dựng và thi hành pháp luật đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển đất nước trong kỷ nguyên mới.
F-rom the approach to the subject exercising the judicial power as a resource for determination to quality, to creation of breakthrough in the exercise of judicial power, the article generalizes the basic role of the personnel exercising judicial power, analyzes several shortcomings and limitations, thereby providing a number of solutions to improve the quality of personnel exercising judicial power for the requirement of renovation of law enforcement in the exercise of judicial power regarding the spirit of Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW of the Politburo, issued on April 30, 2025, focuses on innovating law-making and law enforcement in Vietnam to meet the need of national development in the new era.
