Nghiên cứu này phân tích sự phát triển của nền kinh tế số Việt Nam trong bối cảnh xuất hiện các lực lượng sản xuất mới, bao gồm Trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI), Internet vạn vật (IoT), Dữ liệu lớn (Big Data), Điện toán đám mây (Cloud Computing) và Blockchain. Dựa trên đánh giá về tiềm năng, thách thức và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng, nghiên cứu đề xuất một số hàm ý chính sách nhằm tối ưu hóa phát triển kinh tế số, nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh quốc gia và đảm bảo tăng trưởng bền vững.
The study analyses the development of Viet Nam's digital economy amid the emergence of new productive forces, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (loT), Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Blockchain. Based on an assessment of the potential, challenges, and influencing factors, the study proposes several policy implications aimed at optimizing digital economic development, improving national competitiveness, and ensuring sustainable growth.
