The article analyzes the impacts of climate change on the Periurban and housing architecture of cities in the Mekong Delta, with a case study in Tra Vinh City. GIS (geographic information system) is the method used for this study, including analysis of remote sensing images Sentinel 2, Landsat 8-9 and current map data toidentify the coastal areas and the transformation of the coastal areas with the goal of building scenarios for effective spatial organization in this area in the future. Regarding residential architecture, the article mentions bioclimatic design solutions aiming at specific comfort such as covering solutions for residential projects in the Peri-urban of Tra Vinh city.
