Tri thức truyền thống trong lĩnh vực văn hóa sáng tạo là những biểu đạt văn hóa dân gian và là di sản văn hóa của mỗi quốc gia – động lực để phát triển các ngành công nghiệp văn hóa. Với sự phát triển của khoa học và công nghệ, đặc biệt là chuyển đổi số, nghiên cứu đã nhận diện những thách thức đặt ra đối với bảo hộ tri thức truyền thống trong lĩnh vực văn hóa sáng tạo ở khía cạnh quản lý và khai thác các giá trị vật chất được tạo ra từ tri thức truyền thống, từ đó đề xuất việc thiết lập mô hình thông tin quản lý quyền tác giả cùng vấn đề hoàn thiện thể chế để khắc phục những thách thức này.
Traditional knowledge in the field of creative culture is the expression of folk culture and the cultural heritage of each country - the driving force for the development of cultural industries. With the development of science and technology, especially digital transformation, the study has identified the challenges posed to the protection of traditional knowledge in the field of creative culture, focusing on managing and exploiting the material values generated f-rom traditional knowledge. Based on these challenges, the study proposes the establishment of an information management model for copyright protection and institutional improvements to address these issues.
