Mô tả thực trạng tuân thủ sự hướng dẫn theo dõi (TD), chăm sóc trẻ có bó bột của gia đình người bệnh (GĐNB) và xác định một số yếu tố liên quan. Đổi tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang. 130 GĐNB có trẻ bó bột tại khoa Chỉnh hình - Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương từ tháng 1 năm 2024 đến tháng 6 năm 2024. Kết quả và bàn luận: Nhóm tuổi hay gặp nhất là từ >35 tuồi - 45 tuồi (40,0%). Tỷ lệ nam/ nữ là 1/2. Trình độ THCS - THPT chiếm tỉ lệ nhiều nhất 54,6%. Hay gặp đối tượng làm nghề tự do (30,0%). Mẹ chăm sóc trẻ (61,5%). Thỉnh thoảng TD đau 24 giờ đầu (34,6%). Thỉnh thoảng TD sưng nề, tím đầu chi tăng: 24 giờ đầu (36,1 %), những ngày tiếp theo (46,2%). Không TD cảm giác chi bó tăng: 24 giờ đẩu (23,1 %), những ngày tiếp theo (31,6%). Thình thoảng TD rạn, gãy, vỡ bột chiếm tỷ lệ 36,2%. Không TD bột có mùi hôi giảm: 24 giờ đẩu (56,9%), những ngày tiếp theo (33,1 %). Không TD tổn thương da giảm: 24 giờ đẩu (56,2%), những ngày tiếp theo (34,6%). Thường xuyên kê cao chi bó bột (treo tay cao, gác cao chán) 24 giờ đầu (35,4%). Thường xuyên tập cửđộng đầu chi bó bột 24 giờ đầ u (31,5%). Thỉnh thoảng co cơ trong bột 24 giờ đâu (35,4%). Đa số thay đổi tư thê' 1-2 lần/ngày (52,4%). Thỉnh thoảng chăm sóc mép bột tăng: 24 giờ đẩu (7,7%), những ngày tiếp theo (32,3%).
Describe the current situation of compliance with instructionsfor monitoring and caring for child in a body cast of the patient's family and identify some related factors. Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional study. There are 130 patient's families with children in body casts at the Department of Orthopedics - National Children's Hospital f-rom January 2024 to June 2024. Results and discussion: The most common age group is >35 years old - 45 years old (40.0%). The male/female ratio is 1/2. Secondary school - high school education accounts for the highest proportion 54.6%. Often found in self-employed people (30.0%). Mothers taking care of children (61.5%). Occasionally painful monitoring first 24 hours (34.6%). Occasionally, monitoring of swelling and purple extremities increases: first 24 hours (36.1%), the following days (46.2%). No monitoring of increased sensation of the limbs: first 24 hours (23.1%), the following days (31.6%). Occasionally monitoring ofcracks, fractures, and broken casts accounts for 36.2%. No monitoring cast odor decreased: first 24 hours (56.9%), the following days (33.1%). No monitoring skin lesions decreased: first 24 hours (56.2%), the following days (34.6%). Regularly elevate the casted limb (hang the arm high) first 24 hours (35.4%). Regularly practice moving the casted limb first 24 hours (31.5%). Occasionally muscle contraction in the cast first 24 hours (35.4%). The majority changed position 1-2 times/day (52.4%). Occasionally edge care increased: first 24 hours (7.7%), the following days (32.3%).
