This paper presents research findings on the role of geology in association with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations to eradicate global poverty, end unsustainable consumption patterns, and facilitate sustainable growth, social development, and environmental protection. The results identified 11 multidisciplinary connections of geology with 17 sustainable development goals and the role of geology in achieving all 17 sustainable. The main stakeholders are agricultural geology, climate change, energy, engineering geology, geological hazards, geological heritage and tourism, hydrogeology, polluted geology, mineral resources, geological education, geological capacity building, etc. The participation of the geology sector to achieve the 17 sustainable development goals with three priority objectives: The development of geological education, International cooperation, Support, and implementation initiatives.
