In modern society, Social Insurance is an indispensable and objective need of employees. As the economy grows, social security needs to be better guaranteed. In which, the non-national economic sector plays an increasingly important role in the general economy. Ensuring the social insurance participation rights of employees in the non-state economic sector is the key to the implementation of the universal social insurance program. This study focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of social insurance collection management in the non-state sector in Thai Nguyen province. The results of the study will objectively evaluate the status of management of social insurance collection for the non-state economic sector. From there, specify the achieved results and some shortcomings in the management of social insurance collection, propose solutions to improve the management of collection of social insurance collection in the non-state sector in the province in Thai Nguyen.
