The research evaluated the operation of the Hanoi Land Registration Office, Dan Phuong district branch in the period of 2016 to2020. Research results showed that, in the period of 2016 to 2020, there were 2,244 over 2,356 documents were issued at a rate of 95,25%; the registration procedure were carried out with 27.022 processed dossiers according to the rights; 15.578 secured transaction registration dossiers have been processed. The application of information technology has also been well implemented, improving the working quality and efficiency, and time-saving. The evaluation results of people performing transactions at the Hanoi land registration office, branch of Dan Phuong district showed that: 99,17% of the respondents highly appreciated the full disclosure of the administrative regulations and procedures; the majority of opinions assessed that the time to handle administrative procedures was on time, accounting for 96,77%; more than 90% of opinions rated the attitude of staffs was dedicated and attentive; 100,0% of civil servants and public employees objectively assessed that the physical facilities of the office basically met the requirements of the job; civil servants and public employees coordinate well with related parties. The paper suggested some solutions to improve operational efficiency of Hanoi Land Registration Office, Dan Phuong district branch such as solutions on mechanisms and policies; human resource development; material and technical investment; financial solutions and some other solutions.
