Knowledge management of students in universities in the context of digital economy

This study has systematized the theories of knowledge and knowledge management to build a model of students knowledge management including four determinants factors of knowledge sharing, knowledge collection, knowledge creation, knowledge application. The feedbacks of 351 students were analyzed using SmartPLS software to evaluate and verify the model. The results show that three out of four hypotheses have been supported, in which knowledge application is the factor that has the greatest influence on knowledge management. Based on the findings, some solutions to raise awareness and promote the role of knowledge management for Vietnamese students have been proposed.
