Purpose: To studying some changes of biochemistry, morphology and function of plates in conservative time. Subjects and methods: 30 plates units were splitted by apheresis named haemonetic machine, keep in 22 C degree and shaking. Collection of data: number of plates, MVP, DPV, PLCR, pH, glucose, lactate and platelet aggregation at day 1, day 3, day 5 of duration of conservation. Results: Number of plates at the day 1 is 1401 + or - 331, day 2 is 1365 + or - 311 and day 3 is 1196 + or - 234 G/I. Platelet index MPV, DPV, P-LCR increased at the :fd conservative day. pH of blood plates at day 1,3,5 correspondence is 6.99 + or - 0.11; 6.88 + or - 0.16 or 6.83 + or - 0.18. Concentration of glucose at day 1,3,5 is 19.25 + or - 2.97, 10.80 + or - 3.92 and 7.14 + or - 5.17 mmol/l. Level of lactate is 3.21 + or - 0.87, 14.07 + or - 4.39 and 18.63 + or - 6.05 mmol/l at day 1,3,5. A close correlation between pH and platelet index: MPV, DPV, P-LCR. Platelet aggregation with collagen is 73.56 + or - 21.91; 49.77 + or - 27.71; 10.17 + or - 11.90 percent; with ADP is 27.20 + or - 9.07; 8.17 + or - 6.62; 6.93 + or - 3.78 percent at day 1,3,5. Conclusion: There are reduce of platelet number, changes of platelet morphology (increase of MPV, DPV, P-LCR) and close correlation with decrease of pH of blood plates in duration of conservation. Platelet aggregation with DAP and collagen is also decreased following conservative time.
