Bài báo khảo sát tình hình sử dụng phần mềm quản lý dự án trong xây dựng tại tp. Hồ Chí Minh

The paper surveys situation of the software usage on construction project management in Ho Chi Minh City. This research uses data from the survey by questionnaires of 89 participants having experience in project management. Several analyses were performed such as rank, examine by mean value and correlation analysis. The results indicated that there are four contributing factors affecting the software choice including the characteristics of the software package (quality, ease of use, functionality), the price of the software, the characteristics of the project (project size and project scope, project complexity), and finally the external factors (the popularity of software and requirements of partners). The research can be considered as one of the valuable references for software manufacturers since the study's results can help them orientate and adjust their software packages accordance the user's selection.
