Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá thực trạng và đề xuất giải pháp tạo động lực làm việc cho cán bộ, công chức (CBCC) cấp xã trên địa bàn huyện Đông Anh, TP. Hà Nội. Qua khảo sát 84 CBCC đang công tác tại đây, kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, việc thực hiện các giải pháp tạo động lực làm việc cho CBCC cấp xã tại huyện Đông Anh đã đạt được nhiều kết quả tích cực, song vẫn còn tồn tại một số hạn chế, dẫn đến hiệu quả công việc chưa cao. Từ đó, bài viết đưa ra một số giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện công tác tạo động lực làm việc cho CBCC cấp xã trên địa bàn huyện Đông Anh trong thời gian tới.
The study aims to assess the current situation and propose solutions to create motivation for officials and civil servants at the commune level in Dong Anh district, Hanoi city. Through a survey of 84 officials and civil servants working in the district, the research results showed that the implementation of solutions to create motivation for officials and civil servants at the commune level in Dong Anh district has achieved many positive results, but there are still some limitations that cause unperformed work efficiency. Therefore, the article proposed some solutions to enhance the work motivation of officials and civil servants at the commune level in Dong Anh district in the near future.
