Review the quality of life related to the health of patients before and after bronchoscopy Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional study on 60 patients undergoing bronchoscopy at the Respiratory Center - Bach Mai Hospital from 7/2020 to 7/2021. Results: Immediately after bronchoscopy, the patient's quality of life decreased markedly, most of the patients had to stay in bed. After 0h screening, the quality of life of patients at level 1 is still the highest, accounting for 40%, followed by level 0 accounting for 31.7%, level 2 accounting for 23.3%, level 3 accounting for 3.3%. Quality of life of patients 24 hours after endoscopy accounted for the most, level 1 55%, followed by level 2 accounting for 21.7%, level 0 accounting for 18.3%. Conclusion: The patient's quality of life decreased after bronchoscopy but returned to almost pre-bronchoscopy after 24 hours.
