The study was conducted to assess the effect of revesal of residual neuromuscular block and adverse effects at interval of neuromuscular block (45 percent - 60 percent) with three doses of neostigmine 20; 30; and 40ug/kg. The results show that, the recovery durations to TOF ratio 70 percent; 90 percent; 100 percent were not different significantly between 3 groups (group 2; group 3 and group 4). After 10 minutes from revesal, more 80 percent patients achieved TOF ratio or = 75 percent. Percentage bradycardia was not different significantly between the 3 groups 2; 3; 4. In conclusions, the effect of revesal of residual neuromuscular block of the dose of neostigmine 20ug/kg was not different significantly than higher doses of neostigmine at intermediate interval of neuromuscular block.
